The Brief:

The Apparel and Textile Transformation Initiative (ATTI), a global program led by the International Apparel Federation (IAF) and the International Textile Manufacturers Federation (ITMF), was scheduled for a high-profile launch event.

To establish immediate credibility and serve as a central information hub, they required a professional, fully functional digital presence.

The core constraint was a rapid deployment timeline: the branding visuals and entire website, from initial concept to final launch, had to be completed in a matter of weeks to ensure it was live for the event.

My Role

I served as the Web Designer and Digital Consultant, responsible for meeting the launch deadline by creating a robust and professional digital platform as well as a consistent aesthetic, all ready for a seamless handoff.

My solution was a highly focused and efficient strategy that prioritized delivery and clarity over complexity. I rapidly executed the end-to-end design and launch process, ensuring the site was a stable, accessible communication tool on the day of the global announcement and easy to update as the initiative grows.

Key Areas of Focus

The project successfully delivered a design optimised in several key areas:

  • Targeted Branding and Visual Communication: I selected a clean, natural color palette using blues, greens, and muted earth tones. This aesthetic choice powerfully reinforced ATTI’s core focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental responsibility.

  • UX Optimisation for Global Accessibility: I implemented a simple, intuitive User Experience (UX) and a minimalist site structure. This design was specifically chosen to ensure the complex organizational mission was immediately clear and easily navigated by a diverse, multi-lingual audience across the globe.

  • Easy to Use Communications Infrastructure: I integrated lead capture forms and connected them to the organization's backend communication systems. This ensured ATTI could immediately begin building its subscriber list, enabling them to effectively stay in touch with interested parties and communicate their ongoing accomplishments post-launch.

  • Foundational SEO Strategy: The site structure and key content were immediately optimized to include essential industry terminology. This foundational work ensured the platform had strong topical relevance and could quickly establish authority with search engines following the launch.
